Shipping Charges
We charge a flat rate of $10 per shipment for one item, and $12 to ship two or more items. We ship internationally, please contact us if you live outside of the US. Express shipping is available as well, please contact us if you need an item ASAP.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped within Illinois are charged 9.75% sales tax. Orders from outside Illinois are exempt from sales tax charges.
Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the UPS tracking number for your package.
Item Availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund. All merchandise must be unworn with original tags attached. All sale merchandise is final sale and will not be accepted for return.
We accept returns within 14 days of the original postmark. Should you like to return an item, please email us at info@tulaboutique.com and we will issue you a UPS call tag. Return shipping is free for you.

Payment is processed through Paypal. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Paypal Cards.
